Cable trays & accessories

Trays, bends and clamps that actually line up on site.

Ladder, perforated, solid bottom and raceway systems in MS, GI sheet, hot dip galvanized, aluminium, stainless steel and powder coated finishes — designed as per IEC 61537 and manufactured to Indian Standards.

The short version

One tray family, every accessory in the same batch

Half the site problems with cable tray are not the tray — they are a bend from one vendor and a coupler from another that never quite fit. We make the whole set together, from the same coil, in the same finish.

  • Material: MS, GI sheet, hot-dip galvanised, aluminium, stainless steel, powder coated
  • Galvanizing as per IS 2629 and IS 4759, sheet as per IS 2062 / IS 1079
  • Design basis IEC 61537, load class confirmed against your span and cable weight
  • Non-standard widths, depths and hole patterns made to drawing

Type 01

Ladder cable tray

Two side rails joined by rungs at regular spacing. The workhorse for heavy power cable runs where you want airflow and easy cable entry anywhere along the route.

Key features

  • Open design for easy cable entry, exit and good air circulation
  • Strong and durable, suited to heavy-duty power cable support
  • Rung spacing 250 mm c/c, or adjusted to your load requirement
  • Spans longer distances with fewer supports than other tray types

Common uses

  • Industrial and commercial buildings
  • Data centres
  • Power plants
  • Oil and gas facilities

MANUFACTURING RANGE

  • Length 2500 mm standard
  • Width 75 mm – 1500 mm
  • Height 40 mm – 200 mm
  • Thickness 1.6 mm – 3 mm

Type 02

Perforated cable tray

Base and sides punched with slots so cables can be tied down anywhere and heat gets out. The default choice for mixed power and control routing.

Key features

  • Perforations allow air circulation and heat dissipation
  • Cables can be clamped or tied through the holes during installation
  • Corrosion resistant finishes for outdoor and humid environments
  • Easy future expansion or re-routing of cables

Common uses

  • Power plants and industrial plants
  • Commercial buildings
  • Data centres
  • Oil and gas installations

MANUFACTURING RANGE

  • Length 2500 mm standard
  • Width 50 mm – 1000 mm
  • Height 25 mm – 200 mm
  • Thickness 1.6 mm – 3 mm

Type 03

Solid bottom tray, raceway & trunking

Fully enclosed wiring systems that protect cables from dust, moisture and knocks — with removable covers so maintenance is not a demolition job.

Key features

  • Shields cables from physical damage, dust, moisture and accidental impact
  • Removable covers for inspection, upgrades and repairs
  • Multiple compartments available to separate power from data
  • Quick to install with minimal site work

Common uses

  • Concealed routing in office spaces
  • Electrical distribution in industrial plants
  • Communication and data cabling in IT infrastructure
  • Hospitals, schools, commercial complexes, panel wiring

MANUFACTURING RANGE

  • Length 2500 mm standard
  • Width 50 mm – 1000 mm
